There are 11 scouts who have a balance due. Please pay this promptly. Commission will not be disbursed until the majority of payments are made. Check with Ted Metz or send an e-mail to [email protected] to verify.
We sold slightly more than last year and used the app for 80% of sales, so the troop qualifies for 39% commission. Most will be applied to the scout accounts (only a small portion is set aside for potential mistakes, returned checks, kick-off expenses, etc.). If you qualified for a prize, Amazon gift cards will be delivered via e-mail directly from Trails-end this month.
There was a special holiday sale with a larger commission, but I missed the ordering deadline; my apologies. Scouts can continue to solicit online sales throughout the year to help pay for their adventures.
