Our Troop will be conducting Introduction to Leadership Skills Training (ILST) on Saturday, April 17th from 9am-6pm. The training will be held at the United Methodist Church in Celebration Hall. This is a required training for each Scout that currently holds a leadership position in the Troop. Since you currently hold a leadership position, it is expected that you will attend.
ILST is a training to prepare Scout for the leadership role they hold within the troop. It is very important that every effort is made to attend this training.
