Troop Camporee at Camp Belzer
You are responsible for getting & picking up your scout to Camp Belzer
Camp Belzer Address: 6102 Boy Scout Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46226
Drop Off Time: 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Drop Off Location: Camp Belzer at site #45 Wiley Campsite
Pick up time: 10:00am at site #45 Wiley Campsite
Always remember to check in and check out if you are leaving or coming from camp.
NOTES:
Everyone will have their temperature checked a sign in.
Everyone will have their own tent.
All food will be prepared by the adults who will prepare the food in masks.
Everyone will wear a mask to get their food.
We ask everyone to follow the social distances.
You must turn in the Camper Pre-Screening Questionnaire Form (Attached)
Timeline of events:
October 2nd
7:00pm to 9:00pm Check in and setting up tents.
Crackerbarrel will be provided. (Dinner should have been eaten before)
October 3rd
8:30am Breakfast
10:00am Start of the troop Camporee
Lunch, Dinner and Crackerbarrel to be determined at camp
October 4th
Breakfast to be determined at Camp
10:00am Checking out
