Summer Campers,
As you’ve either seen the memes or heard me say, NOW is the best time to start ensuring that you are properly hydrated at camp. That’s right, NOW is a great time to start drinking MORE water. By starting now, your system will be better regulated at camp, and better able to process the heat and physical exertion that will tax your system throughout the week.
The goal is to be CLEAR and COPIOUS all week long. Start now. Fill a Nalgene and make sure to drink it all. Each day be sure to increase your water intake. We want to make sure that everyone is happy and healthy at camp, and of course the way to do that is to drink more water!
