Hello Scouts and Parents,
We will be meeting at Home Depot at 5:45 pm and leaving at 6:00 pm. If you are late we will meet you at Whitewater Memorial State Park.
It’s going to be a hot day on the river, PLEASE PACK TWO WATER BOTTLES AND SUNSCREEN!!!!
Other items you might want to bring: Extra Shoes and socks, Hat, water bottles, sunscreen, bug spray, beach towel, Snacks for the canoe trip, seat cushion, water bottles, sunscreen and all the normal stuff on the weekend checklist. They may want to wear a lightweight long sleeved shirt to protect against the sun. They may also want to wear like a garden gloves or a weight lifting type gloves (with the fingers cut out) to protect their hands against blisters.
ALSO, WE MUST HAVE YOUR WAIVER FORM!!!!!
We should be back around 11 on Sunday. Please ask your scout to leave their phones at home
