Summer Camp Update

Happy Tuesday Troop 101!  Our Summer Camp registration deadline of April 13th is rapidly approaching.  We know that the circumstances have caused additional questions and concerns from families regarding Summer Camp 2020, especially when it comes to registering for something in the future that is unpredictable in current times.

Please note that Crossroads of America Council has adopted a full refund policy for:

  • Families that registered/paid for summer camp that become sick/ill 
    • Any sick/ill family members/youth will be refunded regardless and not permitted to attend camp
  • Families that have changed their mind since paying registration fees due to the concerns surrounding COVID-19 and would rather not attend camp
  • Families that registered/paid for camp and CAC has to close the camp down due to COVID-19

That is all to say, there is no downside to registering to attend camp this upcoming summer!  If you haven’t signed up yet, please do so as soon as possible as well as select your Merit Badges.  The registration links for both are on Trooptrack and will be available thru April 13th.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me!

Also, if you or your parent are NOT planning on going to Summer Camp but would still like to purchase a 2020 Class B t-shirt, the link to order is also on Trooptrack at the bottom of the signup links.
