Hello Troop 101! Summer Camp is quickly approaching and we are working hard to make sure you have the best experience possible! As you know, the Merit Badge Class signup link is now live. In order for you to have the BEST chance to get the classes you would like at Summer Camp, we need you to submit your requests by next Wednesday, April 7th.
As a reminder, all classes are M-F courses, unless specifically noted in the LEFT HAND column. In the RIGHT HAND column, you will see any specific pre-camp requirements that need to be completed prior to going to camp, any costs associated with those classes, or any age-restrictions.
PLEASE NOTE – One thing to consider when putting a schedule together is the location of individual Merit Badge classes. Ransburg is big – over 600 acres in total – and is topographically diverse. There is a link to a map of Ransburg that shows what the camp is like, though it doesn’t show the elevation changes. Our camp is at the top of the hill – the waterfront and sports / activity fields are at the bottom. It’s a good idea to group classes together vs. going from top to bottom back to top in the same time period.
