Hello Troop 101,
This is just a reminder that we have our final meeting before summer camp.
We will be at Teter Retreat 10980 E 221st St, Noblesville, IN 46062. staring at 7:00pm You may wear any Class B t-shirt since we are outside. Bring a water bottle, it probably will be hot.
For all going to camp you really need to make every effort to be at this meeting. I do know of a few that can’t make it and I understand.
We will be working on Totin Chip for all those that need it or have lost theirs. Some need this for their merit badge class. You all need your totin chip if you are brining a knife to camp. No Totin Chip, no knife, no exceptions. You will have to earn your chip again to be able to do anything with your knife while at camp.
We will be making patrol flags for camp, turning in any final pre requirements, procedural things while we are at camp, John needs to talk to all helping in his program, going over any last minute information and anything else that needs to be done.
Be aware that there are quite a few of you that have not done your pre requirements for your merit badge and that is your choice. Let me be very clear, you will not receive that merit badge after your week at camp until those requirements have been completed. I will still take them while we are at camp but I hope you have made a copy of your work.
Everyone needs to stay until the end of the meeting. Quite a lot of you left very early last week. The reason we are saying this is because there could be last minute announcements, recognition of ranks, scoutmaster minute, etc.
