Attention Troop 101,
Troop 183 is going to Sea Base from June 6th – 12th, 2020 and they have 3 slots (either 3 youth or 2 youth and 1 adult) available and are offering us the opportunity to join them. Please review the below breakdown of the Troop 183 email and details. If you have any questions you can let Cara Hoffman know at [email protected].
Dates for the excursion: June 6 – June 12, 2020
Travel to/from dates are TBD
Cost for the excursion itself: $950 per person (if all slots are filled)
Additional cost for flight to/from, travel to/from the FL airport to SeaBase, spending money, etc
Troop 183 treasurer – Doug Kuhlman – is presently taking payments. [email protected]
Deposit to secure spot on the excursion: $132 per person
Payments broken out into weekly $51.25 per person
Troop 183 has been collecting money for the scouts and adults presently registered since the beginning of August, so there may be a bit more money due to get caught up to current.
Schedule of events once arriving at SeaBase:
6/6/19 – check in/reviews/opening shindig (check in will begin early PM)
6/7/19 – load gear/paddle out after lunch
6/8/19 – shark fishing/explore island
6/9/19 – fishing/out on water all day
6/10/19 – snorkel for half day
6/11/19 – camp clean up/paddle back/luau/closing ceremony
6/12/19 – depart for Indiana
