Good Evening,
As we have mentioned in the last few meetings, we need your help with the Cub Scout Pack Joining Kick-off event. The kick-off event is on August 16th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Our Troop has been assigned to help with the following packs:
Pack 135 – Stony Creek Elementary
Pack 116 – Hazel Dell Elementary
Pack 100 – North Elementary
Aidan Haney from Troop 101 is taking the lead on organizing with our Troop on helpers for each of the 3 packs. He is needing 4 to 5 boys and 2 to 3 adults to help with each pack. You will be helping build mini-catapults to shoot tootsie rolls. Here is Aidan’s information. Please reach out and confirm you will be able to help with this event ASAP as the packs are relying on us to be there to help their event go great. You will also earn service hours for volunteering your time so make sure to print off a volunteer time sheet from Trooptrack.
